为了实现对活体叶片面积的快速、准确和无损测量,设计了一种基于FPGA和STM32的便携式叶面积仪。仪器以Altera公司的EP2C5T144C8N做为控制单元,以ST公司的STM32F103RET6作为数据的采集和处理单元,利用扫描原理,设计了一种逐像素比较算法来计算叶片宽度,从而减轻了背景变化和镜头污染等外界因素对测量精度的影响。实验表明:该仪器实现简单,成本低,具有良好的便携性、准确性和稳定性。
In order to achieve a fast, accurate and non-destructive measurement of living leaf area, a portable leaf-based instrument based on FPGA and STM32 was designed.
