不能因自己手里有把锤子,就到处乱敲一则故事我去年经历的失败故事:W企业原是内地一家倒闭国有企业,经外方注资控股后,成为合资企业。其经营仍是以原班人马为主。由于产品竞争力不足,所以必须大力提升企业效率才可能获得新生。经授权后,我立即着手打破大锅饭、建立责任制、撤换不称职者、启动产品升级计划等。
I can not knock a story around because I have a hammer in my hand.
