目的了解2010年-2013年镇海区食品安全的基本状况,有利于对某些超标样品进行重点关注和监管。方法回顾分析2010年-2013年镇海区果蔬、熟肉制品、酱腌菜等9类食品的卫生状况,并对4年中各类食品的合格情况以及各类食品的不合格项目进行统计分析。结果 2010年-2013年镇海区9类食品的合格率基本一致,总合格率为87.59%,蔬果等6类食品的合格率>80%,熟肉制品、豆制品、饮料3类食品的合格率相对较低。结论某地区9类食品的检测结果总体状况较好,食品检验中项目不合格的主要原因是微生物污染;熟肉制品、豆制品、饮料3类食品具有一定的安全隐患。建议有关部门加强食品卫生监测,尤其要对某些超标样品进行重点关注和监管。
Objective To understand the basic situation of food safety in Zhenhai District from 2010 to 2013, which is conducive to the focus and supervision on some excessive samples. Methods The health condition of 9 kinds of foods such as fruits and vegetables, cooked meat products and pickles in Zhenhai District from 2010 to 2013 was analyzed retrospectively. The qualifications of all kinds of food and the unqualified items of various kinds of food in 4 years were analyzed statistically. Results The passing rates of 9 categories of food in Zhenhai District from 2010 to 2013 were basically the same, with a total pass rate of 87.59%, passing rate of 6 kinds of foodstuffs such as fruits and vegetables> 80%, pass rate of 3 types of cooked meats, soy products and beverages relatively low. Conclusion The test results of 9 kinds of food in a certain area are in good condition. The main reason of unqualified item in food inspection is microbial contamination. There are some hidden dangers for the 3 kinds of food including cooked meat products, soy products and beverages. It is suggested that relevant departments should step up monitoring of food hygiene and, in particular, focus on and monitor the supervision of certain over-standard samples.
