为明确接受腹腔镜输卵管吻合术(LTA)患者的生育结局,对1995年5月～1997年4月间寻求输卵管结扎术后复通的102例妇女作一针缝合技术的LTA进行前瞻性研究。术前对配偶要证实精液分析正常和有正常的排卵周期,但不作系统的子宫输卵管造影。查阅原手术记录,把作过双侧输卵管或伞端切除患者与腹腔镜下确认不具备吻合条件的7例而未作LTA者均除外。在门诊为102例患者作了LTA复孕术。患者平均年龄为33.3±3.6(25～
In order to clarify the fertility outcomes of patients undergoing laparoscopic tubal anastomosis (LTA), a prospective study was conducted on 102 patients who underwent one-stitch suturing technique between October 1995 and April 1997 after seeking tubal ligation. Preoperative confirmation of spouses to normal sperm analysis and normal ovulation cycle, but not for systematic hysterosalpingography. Check the original surgical records, made in patients with bilateral fallopian tubes or umbrella resection and laparoscopic confirmed conditions do not meet the 7 cases without LTA were excluded.
