为了对急弯路段小客车行车危险性进行排序,辅助决策者找出急需改善的危险路段,提高道路安全管理水平和资金利用效能,利用临界附着系数和路面附着系数作为分析指标,选取25组试验路段作为研究对象,并将路段按危险性大小分为8级,利用数理统计和模糊综合评判理论,确定单因素评判矩阵和影响因素权重,进而得到综合评判结果;结合不同危险等级对应的权重,得到综合评判系数,以此对25组试验路段危险性进行排序,并进行了实例验证。研究结果表明:行驶速度和圆曲线半径是影响急弯路段小客车行车危险性的最主要因素;运用模糊综合评价法得到的结果与实际事故数据资料相符。
In order to sort out the driving danger of the passenger cars in the sharp curved section, the assistant decision-makers find out the dangerous sections in urgent need of improvement, improve the level of road safety management and the capital utilization efficiency. By using the critical adhesion coefficient and the road surface adhesion coefficient as the analysis indexes, As the research object, the road sections are divided into eight levels according to their risk. The mathematical evaluation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory are used to determine the weight of the single-factor evaluation matrix and the influencing factors, and then the comprehensive evaluation results are obtained. Combining the weights corresponding to different risk levels, Comprehensive evaluation coefficient, in order to classify the risk of 25 test sections, and an example to verify. The results show that the driving speed and the radius of circular curve are the most important factors that affect the driving danger of the passenger car in the sharp curve section. The results obtained by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are consistent with the actual accident data.
