用腔内镜技术治疗９ 例前列腺摘除术后并发前列腺尿道部狭窄．结果表明：９ 例病人术后３ ｄ 拔除尿管，拔管后均排尿通畅，１ 个月后复查尿流率，最大尿流率为（１８ ．３ ±０ ．８）ｍ Ｌ／ｓ ，比术前（６ ．８９ ±１ ．５）ｍ Ｌ／ｓ 有明显改善，疗效满意
Treatment of 9 cases of prostatic urethral stricture after prostatectomy with endoscopic technique. The results showed that in 9 patients, urinary catheter was removed 3 days after operation and urination was smooth after extubation. Urine flow rate was observed after 1 month. The maximum uroflow rate was (18.3 ± 0.8) m L / s, Preoperative (6 .89 ± 1 .5) m L / s was significantly improved, with satisfactory results
