今日中国缺的不是民意,即这里的声音,而是缺民意的执行力;中国少的不是民声当被倾听,而是民声当被服从。《人民日报》最近接连发文,希望当权者能够倾听“沉没的声音”。文章称这个表达的“黄金时代”仍有许多声音未被倾听;并且站在权利的高度特别强调,维权就是维稳,维权才能维稳。
