Vc片是一种维生素类药物,美国及英国等药典对维生素类药物均未规定作溶出度检查,但该类药物溶出情况不清楚,为此,我们对Vc片的溶出度测定方法作了研究,并考察了不同地区、不同贮存期Vc片的溶出情况。1 仪器与药品1.1 仪器RC-3B型溶出度测定仪(天津大学无线电厂制造);UV-365紫外分光光度计(日本岛津)。1.2 药品Vc:由石家庄市第一制药厂提供;Vc片:由河北、内蒙、青海、宁夏四省七个药厂提供。2 实验条件的选择2.1 溶出度溶剂的选择本品在水中易溶,口服后由胃肠道吸收,故选用稀盐酸24ml加水至1000ml作为溶剂。2.2 测定波长的选择取Vc,加盐酸液(0.01mol/L)制成每1ml中含10μg的溶液,于340~220nm波长范围内
