Objective: To explore the mechanism of SDF-1 / CXCR4 and VEGF-C in lymph node metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma. Methods: Totally 90 laryngeal cancer patients admitted from August 2012 to August 2015 in our hospital were selected as the study group. Twenty patients with the corresponding normal mucosal tissues were selected as the control group. Immunohistochemical SP The expression of CXCR4, VEGF-C and SDF-1 in laryngeal carcinoma tissues and the relationship between the expression of CXCR4, VEGF-C and clinicopathological features were analyzed. Results: The positive rates of CXCR4, VEGF-C and SDF-1 in laryngeal carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in normal tissues (P <0.05). The positive rates of CXCR4, VEGF-C and SDF-1 in Ⅲ + Ⅳ were significantly higher (P <0.05). The positive expression rates of CXCR4 and VEGF-C in poorly differentiated patients were significantly higher than those in high-differentiated patients (P <0.05), but the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P> 0.05). The positive rates of CXCR4, VEGF-C and SDF-1 in patients with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05) There was no significant difference in the expression of CXCR4, VEGF-C and SDF-1 between the age and the lesion (P> 0.05). The positive expression rates of CXCR4 and VEGF-C in laryngeal carcinoma were significantly positive (P <0.05). The negative expression also showed a significant positive correlation (P <0.05). Conclusion: The high expression of SDF-1 / CXCR4 and VEGF-C in lymph node metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma may promote the lymph node metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma.
