本文研究一种用位相合成光栅产生全息透镜阵列的方法,重点讨论了具有5×5个高效率,均匀衍射级的位相合成光栅的设计与制作,开由此产生同样焦点数目的全息透镜阵列。用全息透镜阵列进行多图象识别的一些问题也进行了研究。
In this paper, a method of generating a holographic lens array using a phase-locked grating is studied. The design and fabrication of a phase-locked grating with 5 × 5 high-efficiency and uniform diffraction orders are discussed in detail, and a holographic lens array with the same focus is generated. Some problems with multi-image recognition using holographic lens arrays have also been studied.
