对野败型保持系珍汕 97B、恢复系 IR2 4、IR2 6和泰引 1号等 4个水稻材料的幼穗在不同的培养基上培养、再生植株及对其后代进行育性和测交鉴定及其它遗传分析 ,探讨了雄性不育变异株的恢保关系 ,结果表明 :在 IR2 6、泰引 1号和珍汕 97B的 R1 、 R2 群体中都获得了不同比率的雄性不育变异株 ,这些不育株的花粉败育可分为无花粉、典败、圆败和染败 4种类型。对离体培养产生的雄性不育变异株用一批现有 CMS不育系的保持系和恢复系进行杂交 ,其中有 2株分别来自 IR2 6(编号为 2 691 57)和珍汕 97B (编号为 B2 91 54)的不育株 ,其恢保关系与野败型一致 ,现已回交 5代。来自 IR2 6(编号为 2 692 4 1 1 )的另一雄性不育株 ,用上述亲本已连续回交 5代 ,后代均不育 ,其恢保关系似与野败不同。而有些来自珍汕 97B和 IR2 6的 1 2株雄性不育变异株 ,杂交后代( F1 )全部可育 ,结实率 85%以上
The young ears of four wild rice varieties, Zhenshan 97B, restorer lines IR2 4, IR2 6 and Taiyin 1, were cultivated and regenerated on different media and the fertility and cross fertilization of their offspring Identification and other genetic analysis. The results showed that the male sterility mutants with different rates were obtained in R1 and R2 populations of IR2 6, Taiyin 1 and Zhenshan 97B Pollen abortion of these sterile plants can be divided into four types: pollen, classic, round and defeat. Male sterile mutant strains produced in vitro were crossed with maintainers and restorer lines of a number of existing CMS lines, of which two were from IR2 6 (numbered 2 691 57) and Zhenshan 97B B2 91 54) sterile lines, the recovery relationship with the wild defeat type consistent, now back 5 generations. Another male sterile line from IR2 6 (2 692 4 1 1) had been backcrossed for 5 generations continuously with the above-mentioned parents. All offspring were sterile, and their restoring relationship seemed to be different from that of wild-type. However, some 12 male sterile mutant strains from Zhenshan 97B and IR2 6 were all fertile and the seed setting rate was over 85%
