哲学思辨性是一种关于事物普遍本质的辨证理论,能揭示事物的发展规律。伴随着全球经济一体化的进程和后金融危机的影响,发展中国家将反倾销作为贸易保护主义的重要手段,对华反倾销呈现出增长趋势。本文基于发展中国家对我国反倾销的现状,运用哲理的逻辑、辨析的思维方式,探索对华反倾销的成因和规避反倾销的对策。 Philosophical speculativeness is a dialectical theory of the universal nature of things that reveals the law of the development of things. Along with the process of global economic integration and the impact of the post-financial crisis, developing countries have taken anti-dumping as an important means of trade protectionism and their anti-dumping measures toward China have shown an increasing trend. Based on the developing countries’ anti-dumping status quo against China, this article uses the philosophical logic and discriminating ways of thinking to explore the causes of anti-dumping in China and the countermeasures to avoid anti-dumping.
