目的探讨16层螺旋CT及后处理方法在骨关节外伤中的临床应用价值。方法对52例外伤患者进行16层螺旋CT检查及MPR、VR后处理重建,并结合常规DR平片进行对照分析。结果16层螺旋CT及后处理图像可以显示X线难以观察清楚的细小骨折、隐性骨折、关节内骨折、颞颌关节骨折、复杂部位的骨折(骨盆骨折、脊柱骨折)。结论16排螺旋CT及MPR、VR后处理图像对外伤性骨折的显示具有绝对优势,是临床制定手术方案及愈后评价的重要检查手段。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of 16-slice spiral CT and post-processing in the treatment of traumatic joint injury. Methods Fifty-two traumatic patients were examined by 16-slice spiral CT and MPR and VR post-processing reconstruction, and compared with conventional DR plain film. Results The 16-slice spiral CT and postprocessing images could show small fractures, hidden fractures, intra-articular fractures, temporomandibular joint fractures, complicated parts fractures (pelvic fractures and spine fractures) which were difficult to observe by X-ray. Conclusion 16-slice spiral CT and MPR and VR postprocessing images have an absolute advantage in the display of traumatic fractures. It is an important examination method for clinical planning and prognosis evaluation.
