成都飞机维修公司(CAMEC)承修的-30Ky-154低涵道比双转子涡扇发动机是前苏制图-154M客机的动力装置,推力为10294十牛。按照大修手册要求,翻修过程中需使用300多项前苏联的辅助材料。若这些材料全部从俄罗斯进口,存在以下问题:1.订货周期长,而且供货合同执行信誉差,不利于保证发动机的正常翻修周期;2.报价甚高,1990年仅32项订货就耗资人民币47万元,造成维修成本直线上升,增加航空公司费用;3.相当数量的辅助材料有效存放期短。根据对油(脂)、漆料、化学品三类辅料的不完全统计,有效期为1~6个月的占21.1%;有效期为7~12个月的占37.4%。而正常情况下跨国铁路运输一般为3~6个月,即部分辅助材料运到CAMEC时就已超期不能使用;4.有的辅助材料不能用铁路或飞机运输。因此,开展辅助材料代用研究势在必行。

Under normal circumstances, transnational rail transport is generally 3 to 6 months, that is, some auxiliary materials have been extended to CAMEC expired can not be used; 4. Some auxiliary materials can not be transported by rail or aircraft. Therefore, it is imperative to carry out the research of auxiliary material substitution.
