异泛影钠是一种新型造影剂,作者最近将其应用于3例心血管造影中,有两例出现严重的过敏反应,现报告如下。 例1 胡××,女,9岁,病案号60202。疑为先心病、法乐四联症于1983年11月21日入院。为确定诊断行右心导管检查及右心造影。 造影前一天作奴夫卡因过敏试验阴性,并以10％异泛影钠1ml静脉注射做过敏试验结果也呈阴性。于12月23日在局麻下将导管插入右心室中部。在心电图密切监护下以13磅压力快速向心室腔注入80％异泛影钠30ml进行造影。注药时患儿即感剧烈
