本文以凡口矿“七五”科技攻关成果为基础,阐述了我国大直径深孔采矿技术研究取得的新进展:试验成功了多层球状药包和柱状药包联合崩矿、高阶段回采新工艺;研制成功了井下动态计量装置和井下移动式液压碎石机等新装备;首次成功地应用了低能导爆索滑块式微差起爆系统和声发射定位系统等新技术;新研制的高风压潜孔冲击器和钻头的技术性能超过了进口的同类产品。这些新的进展,标志着在我国业已初步推广应用的大直径深孔采矿技术进入了新的发展阶段。
Based on the results of the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” scientific and technological breakthroughs in Fankou Mine, this article expounds the new progress made in the research on large-diameter deep-hole mining technology in China. These new developments mark a new stage of development for the large-diameter deep-hole mining technology that has been initially popularized in our country.
