目的确定多焦视网膜电图(ERG)的正常值和分析不同部位视网膜刺激反应密度的差异,为客观评价后极部视网膜病变的功能提供参考依据。方法Veris视网膜功能分析仪检查19例(38眼)扩瞳正常眼,对后极部视网膜局部反应振幅和潜伏期进行分析。结果正常眼黄斑区中央3°内多焦视网膜电图检查局部反应密度振幅高,后极部视网膜局部分析表明多焦视视网膜电图a、b、c波振幅和潜伏期有不同程度的差异。结论正常眼视网膜后极部由于感光细胞解剖分布的不同,多焦视网膜电图局部反应密度振幅有一定差异
Objective To determine the normal value of multifocal electroretinography (ERG) and analyze the difference in response density of retinal stimulation at different sites to provide a reference for the objective evaluation of the function of posterior pole retinopathy. Methods 19 eyes (38 eyes) with normal dilation of the pupil were examined by Veris retinal function analyzer. The amplitude and latency of the retina in the posterior pole were analyzed. Results The multifocal electroretinogram at 3 ° central macula showed a high amplitude of local reaction densities. Partial analysis of posterior pole retina showed that amplitude and latency of a, b and c wave in multifocal electroretinogram were different to some extent. Conclusion Due to the different anatomic distribution of photoreceptor cells in the posterior retina of normal eyes, the amplitude of local response density of multifocal electroretinogram is different
