《住宅科技》1996年第1期发表了朱大明同志《关于住宅抗震盒子体的设想》的论文(以下简称《设想》),提出了在住宅建筑中设置“抗震盒子体”的新概念。《设想》从“探索行之有效的抗震措施,减少地震灾害,尤其是最大限度地减少人身伤亡”的考虑出发,提出:“在住宅建筑空间中提供一个安全度高于其它部分的应急避难空间”,它“不仅会减少人身伤亡,同时也有助于减少人们对地震的恐惧心理,稳定人心,避免因惊慌失措而遭受次生伤害。”《设想》的这一新颖的构思,给人以启迪,但其中又不乏可商榷之处,在此,笔者愿略陈管见,并以期引起讨论。
In the 1st issue of Residential Science and Technology, published in 1996, Comrade Zhu Daming’s paper on the concept of anti-seismic housing of residential buildings (hereinafter referred to as “idea”) proposes a new concept of “seismic box body” in residential buildings. From the consideration of “exploring effective earthquake-resistance measures, reducing earthquake disasters, and especially minimizing personal injury and death”, the “idea” proposes: “Provide an emergency refuge space higher than other parts in the residential building space. “It will not only reduce the number of personal injuries, but it will also help reduce people’s fear of earthquakes, stabilize their hearts, and avoid secondary injuries caused by panic attacks.” This novel idea of “idea” enlightens people. However, there is no shortage of areas for discussion. Here, I would like to take a brief look at it and hopefully cause discussion.
