我们初夏时节的丹东之行曾一度出师不利,准备重点采访的两个企业联合体的“龙头”厂都不太景气:丹东汽车制造厂生产的“黄海”牌大客车,在全国很有名气,如今却积压二百多辆,挤占资金一千六百万元;丹东电视机调谐器总广是全国最大的调谐器生产厂家,产量占全国同类产品量的四分之一,现在却因为订货未满而开工不足。然而,也正是这许多出乎意料的新情况、新问题,使我们从另一个侧面认识了横向经济联合,启发我们对这一新事物的特点、规律和前景进行更深刻的思考。
