采用定点定量试验研究了氮磷钾不同用量对莱阳茌梨产量与品质的影响。氮肥用量试验表明,增加氮肥用量可显著提高茌梨产量,在100kg果施纯氮0~1.0kg范围内,随氮肥用量增加,茌梨酸度降低,总糖增加,糖酸比提高,当100kg果施氮量达1.25kg后,则酸度加大,总糖含量下降,糖酸比降低,品质下降。氮磷钾配比试验表明,氮钾用量相同(N∶K_2O=1∶1),茌梨产量以磷(P_2O_5)的比例为0.5较好。氮磷用量相同(N∶P_2O_5=1∶0.5),钾肥用量不宜过多。以N∶P_2O_5:K_2O=1∶0.5∶0.75配比效果最佳,其总糖达8.379%,总酸为0.0924%,糖酸比为90.7。
The effects of N, P, K fertilizers on the yield and quality of Laiyang pears were studied by the fixed-point quantitative experiments. The experiment of nitrogen fertilizer dosage showed that increasing the amount of nitrogen fertilizer could significantly increase the yield of 茌 pear. When the amount of nitrogen fertilizer was increased from 100 kg to 20 kg, the acidity of 茌 pear decreased, the total sugar increased and the ratio of sugar to acid increased. After applying nitrogen up to 1.25kg, the acidity increased, the total sugar content decreased, the ratio of sugar and acid decreased, and the quality declined. N, P and K ratio test showed that the same amount of nitrogen and potassium (N: K_2O = 1: 1), pear output to phosphorus (P_2O_5) ratio of 0.5 is better. The same amount of nitrogen and phosphorus (N: P_2O_5 = 1: 0.5), the amount of potassium should not be too much. The effect of N: P_2O_5: K_2O = 1: 0.5: 0.75 ratio was the best, the total sugar reached 8.379%, the total acid was 0.0924% and the ratio of sugar to acid was 90.7.
