本文用交流阻抗方法研究了熔融Sn—S/ZnCl2-NaCl体系界面脱硫反应动力学过程,得到了该体系的阻抗响应图.通过用Randles等效电路,将所得的阻抗响应用非线性最小二乘法拟和,得到了Sn—S/ZnCl2-NaCl体系界面脱硫反应动力学的参数,溶液电阻Re,界面反应电荷传递电阻Rct,双电层电容Cd及界面脱硫反应的速率常数Kf.
In this paper, the kinetic process of desulfurization reaction at the interface of molten Sn-S / ZnCl2-NaCl system was studied by AC impedance method and the impedance response diagram of the system was obtained. By using Randles equivalent circuit, the impedance response obtained by nonlinear least square method The parameters of the desulfurization reaction kinetics, the solution resistance Re, the interfacial charge transfer resistance Rct, the electric double layer capacitance Cd and the rate constant Kf of the interfacial desulfurization reaction were obtained.
