企业文化是指支配企业及其员工从事商品生产、经营管理和社会交往的理想信念、价值取向、行为准则,亦即价值观。这里的价值观不是泛指企业管理中的各种文化现象,而是企业在从事商品生产、经营与销售以及管理活动中所持有的价值观念。进一步分析,企业文化的定义是,组织在商业活动和管理过程中所秉持的基本理念和精神。有了这种理念和精神,分散的组织个体就会产生精神崇拜,价值认可,最终达到行为趋同。
Corporate culture refers to the ideals and beliefs, values and codes of conduct that govern the enterprises and their employees engaged in the production, management and social interaction of goods, that is, values. The values here do not refer to all kinds of cultural phenomena in business management but to the values held by the enterprises engaged in the production, management, sales and management of goods. Further analysis, the definition of corporate culture is that the organization in the business activities and management process uphold the basic philosophy and spirit. With this philosophy and spirit, individual decentralized organizations will have the spirit of worship, value recognition, and ultimately achieve the convergence of behavior.
