本文对某高速圆锥齿轮传动作了行波振动特性分析。用有限元方法计算了该齿轮的周有频率、离心应力、振动应力;采用改进的两流计数法对各阶振动应力进行数理统计、得到齿轮运行过程的等效应力方块图,再由齿轮材料强度的密度函数建立不稳定变应力的主力——强度干涉模型,用可靠性理论计算出该齿轮在超载疲劳试验载荷谱下的可靠度。
This paper analyzes the traveling wave vibration characteristics of a high speed bevel gear drive. The circumferential frequency, centrifugal stress and vibration stress of the gear were calculated by the finite element method. Mathematical statistics of each order of vibration stress were carried out by the improved two-flow counting method, and the equivalent stress block diagram of the gear was obtained. The density function of strength is used to establish the main-strength interference model of unstable stress, and the reliability of the gear under overload fatigue test load spectrum is calculated by reliability theory.
