目的了解北京市昌平区食品、公共场所从业人员肺结核的流行状况,为制定决策提供科学依据。方法对2006—2010年间昌平区食品、公共场所从业人员健康检查资料进行统计学分析(χ2检验)。结果 2006—2010年昌平区食品及公共场所从业人员活动性肺结核病检出率(0.002%、0.042%、0.153%、0.124%、0.228%)呈逐年上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(χ2=210.64,P<0.01);该地从业人员活动性肺结核病的检出率(0.000%、0.044%、0.155%、0.048%、0.265%)与外埠从业人员活动性肺结核病的检出率(0.002%、0.041%、0.152%、0.149%、0.216%)均随年度增长呈上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(χ2本地=82.08,P<0.01;χ2外埠=145.99,P<0.01)。结论为保证昌平区公共卫生安全,应加强食品及公共场所行业从业人员每年1次的健康检查工作,并重点做好外埠从业人员肺结核病宣教工作,确保早期及时发现肺结核患者,防止结核病的传播。
Objective To understand the prevalence of tuberculosis in food and public places practitioners in Changping District of Beijing and to provide a scientific basis for making decisions. Methods The data of health examination of food and public places in Changping District from 2006 to 2010 were statistically analyzed (χ2 test). Results The detection rate of active TB in food and public places in Changping District from 2006 to 2010 showed a trend of increasing year by year (χ2 = 210.64%, P <0.01) , P <0.01). The detection rates of active pulmonary tuberculosis among active employees in other places (0.002%, 0.044%, 0.155%, 0.048%, 0.265% 0.041%, 0.152%, 0.149% and 0.216%, respectively) showed an upward trend with annual increase (χ2 = 82.08, P <0.01; χ2 = 145.99, P <0.01). Conclusion In order to ensure the public health safety in Changping District, the health checkups should be strengthened once every year in the food and public places, and the publicity should be focused on the missionary work of tuberculosis in other towns to ensure that tuberculosis can be detected in time and prevent the spread of tuberculosis.
