牡蛎是临床常用的中药之一,其用法常规都是“打碎先煎”碎到何种程度没有标准。先煎的理由是:质地坚硬,不易煎出有效成分。其用量,现代中医药书籍都是15~30g,而临床处方往往都超过此量,有的高达50~60g。笔者认为,有关牡蛎的用法、用量问题尚缺乏科学依据。为此,我们进行了以下实验研究,
Oyster is one of the commonly used traditional Chinese medicines in the clinic. Its usage is generally based on the degree to which “crushed simmered” is broken. The reason for simmering is: the texture is hard and it is not easy to fry the active ingredients. Its dosage, modern Chinese medicine books are 15 ~ 30g, and clinical prescriptions often exceed this amount, and some up to 50 ~ 60g. The author believes that there is still no scientific basis for the usage and dosage of oysters. To this end, we conducted the following experimental studies.
