自卸车举升、翻转、倾卸物料时整车稳定性将会降低,特别是重型自卸车,其车厢很长,刚度低,卸货时车架、车厢可能产生严重扭曲,甚至引发整车倾翻事故,造成人员伤亡和财产损失。为提高车厢的刚度,增加自卸车举升卸货时的稳定性,将车厢设计成分体式,实现三向卸货,并对多种卸货方式进行稳定性计算。通过对分体式车厢与整体式车厢实例进行稳定性计算比较,说明分体式车厢的设计是科学和实用的。

When the dump truck is unloaded, the stability of the whole vehicle may be seriously distorted or even overturned Accident, causing personal injury and property damage. In order to improve the stiffness of the carriage and increase the stability of the dump truck when lifting and unloading, the carriage is designed as a split body to achieve three-way unloading, and a variety of unloading methods for stability calculation. By comparing the stability of the split car with the integral car, it shows that the design of split car is scientific and practical.
