一般工厂在锻打各种类型螺钉头时,大都在附有顶出器的磨擦压力机上或冲床上生产,有的使用附有手敲杠杆式锻模。前者螺钉头锻好后能自动将螺钉顶出来,故生产率也高;而后者则需要由人力用手锤敲打杠杆,由杠杆将螺钉顶出,故生产率较低。由于我厂的摩擦压力机及冲床上均没有顶出器,以往锻螺钉头均是人工锻打,生产率很低,且质量也较差。今年我厂在锻打一大批中小型螺钉头时,自己设计制造了一种螺钉镦头锻模(见图)。现将此锻模的结构和使用方法介绍如下。
General factory forging various types of screw head, mostly in the friction with the ejector on the press or punch production, and some use the hand with a lever-type forging. The former screw forging a good top will automatically screw the top, so the productivity is high; the latter you need to be manually hit by a hand hammer lever, the lever will be the top of the screw, so the lower productivity. As I plant the friction press and punch are not on the ejector, past forging heads are artificial forged, low productivity, and the quality is poor. This year I plant a large number of small and medium-sized screw forged head, I designed and manufactured a screw forging head die (see photo). Now this forging die structure and the use of methods are as follows.
