北京農業大學,在「三反」運動教師思想改造的過程中,著重批判了本位主義、宗派主義以及資產階級的敎學觀點和方法,絕大部分教師們在党和羣眾的幫助下,進行了自我檢討。「三反」運動後,學校出現了一片新的氣象:教師們在迎接祖國偉大經濟建設的口號下,團結起來了,工作積極性大大提高了;在課程改革中,教師們都努力學習蘇聯先進理論和經驗,努力學習俄文,為農大教學進一步改革打下了良好的基礎。這充分說明了教師思想改造是教育改革的重要環節。 (一)「三反」運動前嚴重的本位主義、宗派主義及資產階級教學的觀點。中央人民政府為了集中高等農業教育的人力物力,為新中國培養大量優秀的農業幹部,于一九四九年底,將北京大學農學院、清華大學農學院和華北大學農學院合併成立「北京農業大學」。在成立大會上中央敎學部錢俊瑞副部長曾明確指示,要求全校師生親密團結,努力貫徹新民主主義敎育方
