一、前言榨菜,又名茎用芥菜,原产我国西南地区,近年来,浙江和上海等省市也有栽培。榨菜腌制品,味美、鲜嫩、营养丰富,耐贮运,为我国人民喜食的特产蔬菜之一。1966年秋,我市蔬菜公司从四川引进二个品种试种,因未熟抽薹而失败。1967年秋,崂山县红寨公社高家台大队继续进行试种,收获时仍只形成茎部粗长的高脚菜头,无经济价值。为探讨榨菜在青岛地区的种植技术,于1977年以来进行引种栽培试验,获得初步成功。其
