目的:观察参银复智胶囊对血管性痴呆大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法:采用双侧颈总动脉结扎法(2-VO法)建成血管性痴呆大鼠模型,以不同剂量参银复智胶囊进行治疗后,观察治疗组、尼麦角林药物组、模型组和假手术组大鼠在Morris水迷宫系统中的行为表现。结果:与模型组比较,长期服用参银复智胶囊的大鼠可明显减少搜索平台的逃避潜伏期和路径,在原平台象限游泳时间与总游泳时间的比值(tP/tT)、游泳距离占总游泳距离的比值(dP/dT)、穿环次数均明显增加。结论:参银复智胶囊可对抗大鼠脑缺血后所致的学习记忆的损害。
Objective: To observe the effect of shenyinfuzhi capsule on learning and memory in vascular dementia rats. Methods: The rat model of vascular dementia was established by 2-VO of the common carotid artery.
