X射线离体照射人精子诱发的染色体畸变类型及频度的研究

本文首次报道用体外异种受精技术分析人精子体外受X射线照射诱发的染色体畸变,结合γ射线损伤结果,讨论了精子中DNA损伤在受精卵中被修复的机制.实验取自5名健康男性的28份精子样品,每份又分成对照组和X射线照射组.结果分析时用X射线诱发的绝对畸变率,目的是排除各自对照组不一致的影响.结果表明:在0.23、0.45、0.91和1.82Gy剂量点中的畸变精子率分别为6.1±1.6%、16.8±5.5 This paper reports for the first time in vitro in vitro fertilization technology analysis of human sperm chromosome aberrations induced by X-ray irradiation, combined with γ-ray damage results, discusses the sperm DNA damage repair mechanism in fertilized eggs.Experiments were taken from 5 healthy male 28 sperm samples, each divided into control group and X-ray group.Results X-ray induced absolute aberration rate was analyzed in order to exclude inconsistencies in the respective control group.The results showed that at 0.23,0.45,0.91 and 1.82 The aberration sperm rates in Gy dose points were 6.1 ± 1.6% and 16.8 ± 5.5, respectively
