患者男，65岁，于1990年7月因患胃癌在本院作根治性手术，术后采用了多个周期的化疗。1995年9月，病人左骼骨内侧出现进行性肿大包块，疼痛，行走困难，左下肢麻木，查体发现左骼棘内侧有4cmX3cm包块，周界清楚，压病，并有左腹股沟淋巴结肿大，经活检病理诊断为转移性腺癌组织
The patient, male, 65 years old, had radical surgery for gastric cancer in July 1990 in this hospital, and used multiple cycles of chemotherapy after surgery. In September 1995, the patient developed progressive enlarged masses on the medial side of the left iliac bone, pain, difficulty walking, and numbness of the left lower extremity. The examination revealed a 4 cm x 3 cm mass on the medial side of the left iliac spine, a well-defined perimeter, pressure disease, and a left groin. Lymph node enlargement, biopsy pathological diagnosis of metastatic adenocarcinoma
