本文通过对人力资源管理与思想政治工作、企业文化与思想政治工作之间共同特点的分析阐释,提出对思想政治工作的再认识。在市场经济条件下,必须把思想政治工作同企业管理工作有机地结合起来,将思想政治工作融入到企业管理和企业文化建设当中,坚持解放思想、实事求是,研究新情况,解决新问题。
Through analyzing and explaining common features between human resource management and ideological and political work, corporate culture and ideological and political work, this article puts forward a new understanding of ideological and political work. Under the conditions of a market economy, ideological and political work must be organically integrated with enterprise management. Ideological and political work should be integrated into the management of enterprises and the building of an enterprise culture. Emancipation of the mind, seeking truth from facts, studying new situations and solving new problems should be adhered to.
