本文通过对汉江暴雨洪水特性的分析,表明丹江口以上流域具有十分明显的夏汛与秋汛,其暴雨时空分布以及洪水的地区组成,峰量特征都存在较大差异,这主要由不同的天气气候成因背景所决定。据此,本文对分期洪水进行了探讨,着重论证了统计参数与各种频率峰量设计值的合理性。考虑到丹江口水库对下游承担有防洪补偿调节任务,计算了丹江口至碾盘山区间的设计洪水,研究了丹江口与下游区间洪水的组合遭遇。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of rainstorms and floods in the Han River, this paper shows that there are obvious summer floods and autumn floods in the watersheds above the Danjiangkou River. The spatial and temporal distribution of rainstorms, the regional composition of floods and the characteristics of the flood peak are quite different. This is mainly caused by different weather and climate The background of the decision. Accordingly, this paper discusses the staging flood, emphatically demonstrates the rationality of statistical parameters and various frequency peak design value. Considering that Danjiangkou reservoir undertakes the task of flood control and compensation for the downstream, it calculates the design flood from Danjiangkou to Nianpanshan, and studies the combination of floods in Danjiangkou and downstream areas.
