目的:观察以活血化瘀为主中药化瘀降板汤联合羟基脲等西药治疗血小板增多症的临床疗效。方法:取经确诊的血小板增多症患者22例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,对照组予以羟基脲、阿司匹林、双嘧达莫等西药治疗,治疗组加用活血化瘀为主的中药化瘀降板汤,28天为一个疗程,每周查一次血常规,观察两组血常规及骨髓情况。结果:治疗组11例患者完全缓解6例,进步4例,无效1例,总有效率90.91%,对照组11例患者完全缓解4例,进步4例,无效3例,总有效率72.73%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组P<0.05。。结论:化瘀降板汤联合羟基脲等西药治疗血小板增多症效果显著,并可减轻西药的副作用,增加疗效,减少并发症,值得推广。 Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of treating blood thrombocytosis with the principle of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, combining traditional Chinese medicine of removing blood stasis and decoction with hydroxyurea and other western medicines. Conclusion: Huayu down soup combined with hydroxyurea and other western medicine treatment of thrombocytosis significant effect, and can reduce the side effects of western medicine, increase efficacy and reduce complications, it is worth promoting.
