在上期杂志(本刊2006年10B)上,本刊公布了“上海市中小学教师职业负担调查”,该调查覆盖上海13个区县22所中小学除高三以外所有班级,由小学9门、初中13门、高中10门学科,教龄在5-31年的206位教师共同参与。这是一次为期两周、打破传统范式的日记式滚动调查。调查生成了许多耐人寻味的数据,现辑录其中的要点如下:教师每天在校9.88小时,其中闲暇2.52小时,“纯工作”7.36小时。“纯工作”的7.36小时中,包含按课表上课1.92小时,计划外临时上课,教研组、备课组活动,校外教研活动,批作业,业务进修等教学相关时间为3.28小时,参加校、班会或学生会议,早操,早自修,组织学生活动,与学生谈话等学生工作时间为1.39小时,其余非教学时间为0.77小时,包括接待学校领导或校外人员,党、团活动,家访或接待家长,校内外教育科研活动等。针对这些数据,从不同的视角出发,可以有不同的解读,欢迎广大读者来稿探讨。
In the last issue of the magazine (10B 2006), the journal published the survey on the occupational burden of teachers in Shanghai’s primary and secondary schools. The survey covered 22 primary and secondary schools in 13 districts and counties in Shanghai, with the exception of high school, with 9 primary schools. In junior high school, there were 10 subjects in the junior high school and 206 teachers aged 5 to 31 participated in the program. This is a two-week diary-based rolling survey that breaks the traditional paradigm. The survey generated a lot of intriguing data. The main points in this series are as follows: Teachers are at school for 9.88 hours each day, including 2.52 hours of leisure time and 7.36 hours of “pure work”. The 7.36 hours of “pure work” included 1.92 hours of class timetables, extra-curricular classes, teaching and research groups, preparation for group activities, off-campus teaching and research activities, batch assignments, business training, and other teaching-related time of 3.28 hours. Participate in school, class meetings or student meetings, morning exercises, early self-study, organize student activities, talk with students, etc. The student working time is 1.39 hours, the remaining non-teaching time is 0.77 hours, including the reception of school leaders or off-campus personnel, the party, Group activities, home visits or reception of parents, educational and research activities within and outside the school. For these data, from a different perspective, there can be different interpretations, and readers are welcome to contribute.
