为探明吡虫啉和丁硫克百威防治水稻稻水象甲的适用性,采用稻种拌种处理,研究2种药剂对水稻稻水象甲的防控效果。结果表明:室内毒力测定,吡虫啉和丁硫克百威各处理苗饲养成虫24h后均表现中毒现象,其中,2种药剂处理剂量为30g/kg,处理120h时虫口减退率分别为70.0%和58.33%。大田育苗移栽,2种药剂各处理对幼虫的防控作用好于成虫,其中,2种药剂处理剂量为30g/kg时对幼虫和成虫的防效分别为98.69%和66.38%、94.08%和42.13%。2种药剂均可防治稻水象甲,吡虫啉的平均防效优于丁硫克百威,吡虫啉和丁硫克百威的推荐拌种剂量分别为25~30g/kg和30~50g/kg。
In order to find out the suitability of imidacloprid and carbofuran for the prevention and control of rice water weevil, we studied the control effect of two chemicals on rice water weevil. The results showed that indoor toxicity test, imidacloprid and metsulfuron-methyl were all poisoned after treated with the seedlings for 24 h, of which, the treatment doses of the two agents were 30g / kg and the reduction rates of the pests were 70.0% and 120.0% 58.33%. The seedling transplanting in the field showed that the control effect on the larvae was better than that on the adults. The control effects on the larvae and adults were 98.69% and 66.38%, 94.08% at the dosage of 30g / kg 42.13%. The two kinds of agents can prevent and treat rice water weevil. The average control effect of imidacloprid is superior to that of metsulfuron-methyl and imidacloprid and metsulfuron-methyl. The recommended dosage is 25 ~ 30g / kg and 30 ~ 50g / kg respectively.
