我国的欠发达地区因为过去发展的一些原因,在地区的发展上较为滞后,且经济实力也比较弱,缺乏较强的财政能力,以上问题也逐渐成为现阶段影响该地区事业单位发展中的主要因素,同时也对事业单位中的绩效工资改革工作带来了一定的影响。为了解决欠发达地区事业单位绩效工资改革中存在的问题,事业单位中的相关人员要全面对存在的问题进行分析,并采用针对性的措施,以此推动事业单位中绩效工资改革工作的落实。
