目的研究高领类尖柳珊瑚Muriceides Collaris的化学成分。方法利用Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱、ODS中低压柱色谱、半制备HPLC等手段对其化学成分进行分离纯化;通过NMR、MS等光谱方法,结合文献对照,鉴定了化合物的结构。结果从高领类尖柳珊瑚的甲醇提取物中,共分离鉴定了10个单体化合物:guaiazulene(1)、sesquiterpene ketolactone(2)、guaianediol(3)、1,1’-biguaiazulene(4)、1,2’-biguaiazulene(5)、对羟基苯甲醛(6)、脱氧腺嘌呤核苷(7)、脱氧尿嘧啶核苷(8)、脱氧胸腺嘧啶核苷(9)、尿嘧啶(10)。结论化合物4~6均为首次从该种柳珊瑚中分离得到,其中化合物5为新天然产物。化合物4在50μmol/L浓度水平对HeLa和HL-60细胞株的抑制率分别为16.29%和21.92%。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of Muriceides Collaris, Methods Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, silica gel column chromatography, ODS low pressure column chromatography, semi-preparative HPLC and other means of its chemical constituents were isolated and purified by NMR, MS and other spectroscopic methods, combined with the literature control, identified the compound structure. Results A total of 10 monomer compounds were isolated and identified from the methanolic extracts of C. crenulata, including guaiazulene (1), sesquiterpene ketolactone (2), guaianediol (3), 1,1’-biguaiazulene 1,2’-biguaiazulene (5), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (6), deoxyadenosine (7), deoxyuridine (8), deoxythymidine (9), uracil . Conclusion Compounds 4 ~ 6 were isolated from this species for the first time, and compound 5 was a new natural product. The inhibitory rates of compound 4 on HeLa and HL-60 cell lines at the concentration of 50 μmol / L were 16.29% and 21.92%, respectively.
