运用断口疲劳条带反推寿命的理论基础,采用断口定量分析方法,在断口上测量裂纹长度和裂纹扩展速率,建立二者之间的关系图。利用梯形法计算出裂纹的扩展寿命和萌生寿命,推断出A断口先于B断口萌生,证明了断口分析结论的正确性。此结论表明,断口定量分析方法可应用于疲劳试验首断件的判定。
By using the theoretical basis of the fatigue life of the fatigue band, the fracture length and crack propagation rate were measured on the fracture surface by using the method of fracture quantitative analysis, and the relationship between the two was established. Using the trapezoidal method to calculate the extended life and initiation life of the crack, it is deduced that the fracture A is earlier than the fracture B, which proves the correctness of the fracture analysis. This conclusion shows that the fracture quantitative analysis method can be applied to the determination of the first part of the fatigue test.
