目的分析不同炮制后的何首乌药物功效、活性情况。方法通过高效液相色谱法对不同炮制后何首乌中成分及含量进行检测,同时对药物活性进行检测。结果高压蒸制何首乌中二苯乙烯苷、大黄甲醚、大黄素含量较蒸制何首乌含量高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。空白组细胞抗衰老率为16.5%,蒸制28.7%,高压蒸制为37.9%,蒸制何首乌、高压蒸制何首乌较空白细胞抗衰老率高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同方式炮制的何首乌其有效成分二苯乙烯苷、大黄甲醚、大黄素含量会出现变化,临床需对炮制过程进行研究,从而提高药物治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the efficacy and activity of Polygonum multiflorum after different preparation. Methods The contents and components of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. Were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and the drug activity was tested. Results The content of stilbene glycoside, rhubarb and emodin in Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. Was higher than that of steamed Polygonum multiflorum. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The anti-aging rate of cells in blank group was 16.5%, steamed 28.7%, high-pressure steamed 37.9%, steamed Polygonum multiflorum, high-pressure steaming Polygonum multiflorum anti-aging rate than blank cells, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The contents of stilbene glycoside, rhubarb methylate and emodin in Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. Processed by different ways may change, and the process of processing should be studied in order to improve the effect of drug treatment.
