1.前言去年11月,重庆特殊钢厂冶炼轧制的φ60毫米 OOCr14Ni14Si4超低碳奥氏体不锈钢管坯40余吨,委托无锡精密钢管厂进行生产无缝钢管试验。OOCr14Ni14Si4钢是我国近年自行设计的新钢种,具有较强的耐腐蚀、耐热性能,与1Cr18Ni9Ti 不锈钢相比,耐腐蚀性能成倍提高,是一种制造化工等耐腐蚀设备的良好材料,可以大大延长设备的使用寿命。但是 OOCr14Ni14Si4新钢种生产无缝钢管还是首次,无生产经验,难度较大,特别是在穿孔工艺技术上没有现成经验可取。无锡精密钢管厂由于设备等条件不具备热穿孔生产。因此无锡精密钢管厂委托我厂代为穿孔,我厂承接了这项试验生产的任务。穿孔试验是在φ50两辊斜轧穿孔机上进行,共穿孔荒管2755支,36.69吨,其中合格荒管2728支,次品27支,合格率99%。试
