冰球刀塑料刀托注射模型腔形状复杂,投影面积大,采用通常的机械加工方法很难加工,且制模的成本高,周期长。本文采用Zn—22%Al合金超塑性挤压成形的方法成功地制造出此模具。此法制模成本低,周期短,非常适于塑料件产品更新换代的需要,型腔精度高,尤其是型腔的表面光洁度更高,完全达到了设计要求。该型腔模的投影面积已大大超过了英国MlSA专业模具公司所能生产的同类型型腔模的尺寸。该工艺方法的研制成功,为大型塑料件模具生产开辟了新的途径。
