人们通常用5CrNiMo钢和5CrMnMo钢来制造热锻模,最近我们首次碰到用5CrMnSiMoV钢制作的热锻模(锻模尺寸见示意图)。根据有关资料介绍,这是一种尚未列入国家标准,而又是推荐使用的热锻模钢。此钢是我国自己研制的无Ni大中型锻模用钢,其化学成分如下表。这种钢具有良好的淬透性、较好的回火稳定性和综合机械性能,它的高温性能和热疲劳性能都比5CrNiMo钢好,使用寿命长,除了在大中型锻模上采用外,也可用于校正模、平锻模和弯曲模等。
