本文采用计算机辅助编程(CAP)及计算机辅助制造(CAM)的方法,对工业领域中应用广泛的套筒滚子链链轮进行了自动编程和数控加工。与用滚刀滚制法加工相比,具有制造周期短、费用低、经济效益好等优点。
In this paper, computer-aided programming (CAP) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) methods are used to automatically program and numerically control the widely used sleeve roller chain sprocket in the industrial field. Compared with the rolling hob process, with a short manufacturing cycle, low cost, good economic returns.
