本文从雷诺数Re絮凝池有效能耗系数α的关系及絮凝池综合指标与流动相似准数的关系,两个方面研讨了该指标的物理意义。并通过对几种现有絮凝池设计参数的分析对比,进一步证实了该指标的实用性。研究结果说明,综合地反映了絮凝过程对水力条件和能量输入的要求,用它替代GT值作为絮凝池设计的控制参数更为合理。结合工程实例,本文还介绍了的计算方法,提出了絮凝池的适宜的值范围。
In this paper, the relationship between the effective energy consumption coefficient α of Reynolds number Re flocculation pool and the relationship between the comprehensive index of flocculation tank and the flow similarity criterion are studied in two aspects. And through the analysis and comparison of several existing flocculation tank design parameters, the practicality of the index is further confirmed. The results of the study indicate that the requirements for hydraulic conditions and energy input in the flocculation process are comprehensively reflected. It is more reasonable to use it instead of the GT value as the control parameter of the flocculation tank design. Combined with engineering examples, this article also introduced the calculation method and proposed a suitable value range of the flocculation tank.
