我们近年来应用刺洗疗法治疗脓肿47例,男性26例,女性21例,年龄6个月～47岁,平均27.6岁,病程3～20天,平均7.2天,脓腔容量(首次抽脓量)5～300ml。单房性39例,多房性8例,以深筋膜为界,浅部脓肿42例,深部脓肿5例,有全身反应者41例,无全身反应者6例。选择脓肿未破溃及未行切开引流者。操作方法:以9～16号针头接空针,于波动最明显或红肿压痛最显著处刺入皮下,使空针保
