随着企业改革力度的加大和市场经济的发展,企业内部的组织结构和队伍结构有了较大的改变,利益群体之间的关系也随着改变,这给当前企业带来了挑战和威胁。在新形势下,经济的发展突飞猛进,企业工会也面临着新的问题,工作模式和规章制度也需要创新和完善,从而探索出适应社会与企业发展的新途径。
With the intensification of enterprise reform and the development of market economy, the internal organizational structure and team structure of enterprises have undergone great changes and the relationships among interest groups have also changed. This has brought challenges and threats to the current enterprises. Under the new situation, the economic development has progressed by leaps and bounds, and the trade unions of enterprises also face new problems.
