将PCR技术运用于亲子鉴定 ,改进亲子鉴定的方法 ,以提高亲子鉴定的水平。方法采用CSFlPO、THOl、TPOX、vWF40IVS位点进行DNA扩增 ,聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离及银染显带分型。结果 2 9例亲子鉴定案 ,有 2 0例不能排除父子关系 ,其中 14例的RCP值≥ 99 73 % ,得到肯定父子关系的结论 ,认定率为 87 5 %。结论与血型系统遗传标记鉴别能力相比较 ,DNA技术检测的遗传标记其鉴别、认定能力大为提高 ,说明PCR技术是目前亲子鉴定的有力工具。
The PCR technology used in paternity testing, paternity testing methods to improve the level of paternity testing. Methods CSF1PO, THO1, TPOX and vWF40IVS sites were used for DNA amplification, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and silver staining. Results 29 cases of paternity test cases, 20 cases can not rule out the relationship between father and son, including 14 cases of RCP value ≥ 99 73%, affirmed the conclusion of the father-son relationship, the rate was 87.5%. Conclusion Compared with the identification ability of genetic markers in blood group system, the genetic markers detected by DNA technology are greatly improved in identification and identification ability, indicating that PCR technology is a powerful tool for paternity testing at present.
