通过对减振器向曲轴上安装时加热用的空气循环炉的加热试验和研究分析,掌握了该炉的性能及空气加热的规律。提出了减振器等工件在该炉中加热的新工艺,并对原炉进行技术改造。改进后的使用效果良好,证明了新的工艺方法在实践中是可行的,从而完善了减振器加热的新工艺。
Through the heating test and research on the air circulation furnace used for heating the damper to the crankshaft, the performance of the furnace and the law of air heating are mastered. The new technology of heating workpieces such as shock absorbers in the furnace was put forward and the technological transformation of the furnace was carried out. The improved use effect is good, which proves that the new process method is feasible in practice, so as to perfect the new process of heat shock absorber.
